CSC Financial approves 2024 results, final dividend declared

CSC Financial Co., Ltd. announced the results of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), where shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the 2024 work reports, financial accounts, and the profit distribution plan. The company will distribute a final cash dividend of RMB1.65 (tax inclusive) for every 10 shares, totaling RMB1,279,854,641.51, based on the total issued share capital as of December 31, 2024. Combined with the interim dividend already distributed, the total cash dividends for the year amount to RMB1,977,957,173.24, representing 32.13% of the net profit attributable to equity holders. The final dividend will be paid to H Share holders of record on July 10, 2025, with payment expected around August 21, 2025, representing a cash dividend of HKD1.81 for every 10 Shares (tax inclusive).
