China Resources Gas announces executive director resignation

China Resources Gas Group Limited (HKEX: 1193) announced the resignation of Mr. LI Xiaoshuang ("Mr. Joshua LI" or "Mr. LI") from his position as executive director and chief financial officer. The resignation will be effective as of June 27, 2025, and is attributed to other work arrangements. Mr. LI has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board regarding his resignation, and there are no matters related to his resignation that require attention from the company's shareholders or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Board expressed its gratitude to Mr. LI for his contributions during his tenure. Following the change, the board will consist of Mr. YANG Ping, Chairman, and Ms. QIN Yan as Executive Directors; Ms. GE Lu, Mr. LI Weiwei, Mr. ZHANG Junzheng and Mr. FANG Xin as Non-executive Directors; and Mr. WONG Tak Shing, Mr. YU Hon To, David, Mr. YANG Yuchuan and Mr. LI Pok Yan as Independent Non-executive Directors.
