China Reinsurance approves AGM results, final dividend payment

China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation announced the successful passage of all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 27, 2025. Resolutions included the approval of the directors' and supervisors' reports, the final financial accounts, the profit distribution plan, and the engagement of statutory auditors. Shareholders also approved external donation arrangements. The company confirmed a final dividend of RMB0.050 per share (tax inclusive) will be paid on August 22, 2025, to shareholders on record as of July 9, 2025. For H shares, the dividend will be paid in HKD at a rate of HK$0.054772 per share (tax inclusive).The total cash dividend to be distributed amounts to RMB2.124 billion. The record date for dividend entitlement is July 4-9, 2025, during which share transfers will be suspended. The AGM was attended by directors and proxies representing 37,419,070,996 shares.
