China Merchants Bank announces final dividend for H shareholders

China Merchants Bank (HKEX: 3968) announced the payment of its 2024 final dividend for H shareholders, following approval at the Annual General Meeting held on June 25, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB2.000 (tax included) for each share held by shareholders registered at the close of business on the record date. For H shareholders, the dividend will be approximately HKD2.189861 (tax included) per share, based on an exchange rate of HKD1=RMB0.9133. CMB Wing Lung (Trustee) Limited is expected to pay the dividend around July 30, 2025. Investors of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges will receive dividends through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited in RMB.
