PC Partner Group announces resignation of non-executive director

PC Partner Group Limited (HKEX: 1263) announced the resignation of Mrs. Ho Wong Mary Mee-Tak as a non-executive director, effective September 11, 2025. According to the company's statement, Mrs. Ho's departure is due to personal commitments requiring her full attention. The company confirmed that Mrs. Ho has no disagreement with the board and that there is no matter in relation to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the shareholders of the company.
