Honma Golf announces annual results, nomination committee change

Honma Golf (HKEX: 6858) reported a 17.4% decrease in revenue, falling from JPY26,222.9 million in the year ended March 31, 2024, to JPY21,672.1 million for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company attributed the decline to increased market competition and economic slowdowns in certain regions. Most geographic markets saw sales declines, though Japan experienced only a marginal decrease of 3.4%, while Korea plummeted by 55.5%. Gross profit margin increased to 54.4% from 51.2% due to improved performance in Japan. Full year operating profit decreased to JPY185.3 million compared to JPY2,706.2 million from the previous year.
