China Cinda enters major asset management contract

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 1359) has announced a major transaction involving the establishment of an asset management contract. Subsidiaries Cinda Investment and Cinda Securities, along with Construction Bank Beijing Branch, have entered into an Asset Management Plan Contract and related agreements. The new plan, Cinda Securities Xinfeng No. 1 Single Asset Management Plan, aims to invest primarily in equities and convertible bonds of listed companies. Cinda Investment will entrust Cinda Securities to manage the investment, and the total size of Cinda Investment's participation will not exceed RMB20 billion. The Asset Management Plan has a term of one year from its establishment. The MOF, the controlling shareholder, has approved the transaction.
