Bairong Inc. announces director changes and committee reshuffle

Bairong Inc. (HKEX:6608) has announced changes to its board of directors and committees, effective June 26, 2025. Ms. Wang Qing and Ms. Qin Xuan have been appointed as executive directors. Ms. Qin will also join the Nomination Committee. Mr. Zheng Wei and Ms. Han Kui Fang have resigned as executive directors but will remain with the company in senior vice president and senior director roles, respectively. Mr. Bai Linsen also resigned as a non-executive director. The company appointed Professor Liao Jianwen to the Remuneration Committee and Dr. Li Yao to the Audit Committee, as well as chairman of the Nomination Committee. Additionally, Professor Chen Zhiwu joined the Nomination Committee, and Mr. Zhou Hao was redesignated as a member. As per their service contracts, Ms. Wang and Ms. Qin will each receive cash compensation of USD50,000 per annum.
