Hua Medicine's non-executive director, Dr. Fangxin Li, resigns

Hua Medicine (HKEX:2552) announced the resignation of Dr. Fangxin LI as a non-executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective June 25, 2025. The company stated that the resignation is due to Dr. LI's personal work arrangement. The Board indicated that there were no disagreements or matters related to his resignation that needed to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
