Bank of China reschedules 2024 annual general meeting

Bank of China announced today the rescheduling of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally slated for 9:30 on June 27, 2025, to 14:00 on the same day. The change is attributed to work arrangements and coordination needs. Consequently, the registration period for the AGM has also been adjusted, now taking place from 13:00 to 14:00 on June 27, 2025. The deadline for H-Share holders to submit proxy instruments has been extended to 14:00 on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The meeting will still be held at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong and Bank of China Head Office Building in Beijing. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited remains the H Share Registrar, with the address at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. All other details outlined in the original notice and circular remain unchanged.
