Alibaba Pictures rebrands as Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited

Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited, formerly Alibaba Pictures Group Limited (HKEX:1060), announced a formal change of its company name and stock short name. Effective July 2, 2025, the company will operate under the new English name "Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited" and the Chinese name “大麥娛樂控股有限公司”. Correspondingly, the stock short name will change from "ALI PICTURES" to "DAMAI ENT" in English and from “阿里影業” to “大麥娛樂” in Chinese. The company's stock code (1060) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange remains unchanged. Existing share certificates remain valid, with new certificates bearing the new name to be issued subsequently. The name change does not affect shareholder rights or the company's business operations.
