Fudan Microelectronics announces final dividend for 2024

Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited announced the payment of its final dividend for 2024, approved at the company's annual general meeting on June 18, 2025. The dividend, set at RMB 0.8 per 10 shares (inclusive of tax), will result in a HKD 0.87472 payout per 10 H shares based on an exchange rate of HKD 1.0934 per RMB. The register of H shares will be closed from July 10, 2025, to July 14, 2025, with a record date of July 14, 2025, to determine eligibility. Mainland investors will be subject to different tax rates on the dividend, including individual income tax at 20%, which will be withheld when the dividend is distributed. The final dividend for H Shares is expected to be paid by the Receiving Agent on August 8, 2025.
