Fosun Pharma announces final dividend, board re-election results

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 2196) has announced the details of its final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024, along with the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), the 2025 First A Shareholders’ Class Meeting, and the 2025 First H Shareholders’ Class Meeting. Shareholders approved a final dividend of RMB 0.32 per share (before tax). For H-shares, this translates to approximately HKD 0.35 per share, calculated using the average benchmark exchange rate.
