China Pacific Insurance director Xie Weiqing resigns

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (HKEX:2601) announced the resignation of Mr. XIE Weiqing from its board of directors. Mr. XIE, who served as a non-executive director and a member of several committees, including the Audit and Related Party Transaction Control Committee and the Technological Innovation and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, stepped down due to work reasons. His resignation took effect on June 24, 2025. The company confirmed that there are no disagreements or matters requiring attention from shareholders or creditors related to Mr. XIE’s departure. China Pacific Insurance expressed gratitude for Mr. XIE’s contributions during his tenure. The current Executive Directors are Mr. FU Fan and Mr. ZHAO Yonggang.
