China Energy Engineering approves 2024 results, names new director

China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited (HKEX: 3996) announced the results of its annual general meeting held on June 24, 2025, where shareholders approved all proposed resolutions by poll voting. Key approvals included the 2024 annual report, the profit distribution plan for 2024 involving a final dividend of RMB0.0262 per share, and the re-appointment of the auditor. Mr. Pei Zhenjiang was appointed as an independent non-executive Director, effective June 24, 2025, replacing Mr. Zhao Lixin who stepped down due to age. Mr. Pei will also serve on the Nomination Committee, Audit Committee, and Supervisory Committee.
