Prudential plc executes share buyback program on London Stock Exchange

Prudential plc (HKEX:2378) announced it has purchased 750,000 of its ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of GBP 8.9569 each through Barclays Capital Securities Limited. The buyback was conducted on the London Stock Exchange, in accordance with shareholder authorization from the company's 2025 Annual General Meeting. The shares were bought back at prices ranging from GBP 8.8900 to GBP 9.0000. Prudential intends to cancel the repurchased shares. Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company will be 2,587,990,355.
