Edvance International (HKEX:1410) reports revenue growth, profit decline

Edvance International Holdings Limited (HKEX:1410) reported revenue of HK$734.3 million for the year ended March 31, 2025, up 17.4% from HK$625.4 million in FY2024, driven by sustained demand for cybersecurity products and services. Gross profit increased by 3.2% to HK$141.4 million. Profit attributable to owners of the company, however, decreased to HK$24.5 million from HK$29.7 million in the previous year. The company attributed the profit decrease to increased technical services costs and market pressures on cybersecurity product margins. Earnings per share were reported at HK2.44 cents. Edvance highlighted its shift to a subscription-based model and expansion in the ASEAN market as key strategic moves. The Board did not recommend a final dividend for FY2025.
