CRSC shareholders approve 2024 results, cash dividend payout

China Railway Signal & Communication Corp (HKEX:3969) announced the successful poll results of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), where shareholders approved all resolutions, including the payment of a cash dividend. The resolutions encompassed key reports such as the Work Report of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Committee's report, the Annual Report for 2024, and the Final Account Report. Approval was also granted for the Profits Distribution Plan for 2024, the appointment of the auditor for 2025, and director remunerations. A special resolution authorizing the issuance of debt financing instruments was also passed.
