Shunfeng International Clean Energy AGM results: Resolutions passed

Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited (HKEX: 1165) announced the poll results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 20, 2025. All ordinary resolutions proposed were duly passed, including the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, and the re-election of executive Directors Mr. Wang Yu and Mr. Qiu Bo, as well as independent non-executive Director Mr. Zhao Yuwen. The reappointment of Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited as auditor was also approved. Shareholders also approved the mandate to the Board to allot and issue additional shares. Votes cast in favor of each resolution exceeded 99.5% with just 0.45% against.
