Zijin Mining distributes 2024 final dividend to shareholders

Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. (HKEX:2899) has announced the payment of its final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024. The dividend distribution, equivalent to RMB 2.8 (tax included) or approximately HK$3.032574 (tax included) per 10 shares, was paid to shareholders whose names were registered on the H Shares register as of May 29, 2025. H Shareholders excluding those investing via Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect received their dividends in Hong Kong dollars. Dividends for investors via Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect are paid in RMB through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. The company will withhold and pay relevant taxes in accordance with the applicable regulations.
