XD Inc. increases issued shares through share option exercises

XD Inc. (HKEX:2400) reported a change in its issued share capital on June 20, 2025, following the exercise of share options granted under its share option plan adopted on June 25, 2021. A total of 800 ordinary shares were issued on June 20, 2025, at prices of HKD 9.31, HKD 13.284, and HKD 14.392 per share. Following the exercises, the company's total number of issued shares increased from 492,943,307 to 492,944,107. The share options were exercised by eligible participants who are not directors of the company.
