Weichai Power plans spin-off and listing of Weichai Lovol

Weichai Power Co., Ltd. announced plans to spin-off and separately list its subsidiary, Weichai Lovol Intelligent Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
