Shenwan Hongyuan declares final dividend and poll results

Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co. (HKEX:6806) has declared a final dividend of RMB0.46 per 10 shares for the year ended December 31, 2024. The dividend, approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 20, 2025, will be paid on August 13, 2025 to shareholders registered by July 11, 2025. A shareholders will receive payment in RMB, while H shareholders will receive HKD0.50317 per 10 shares, based on an exchange rate of RMB0.914196 per HKD1.00.
