Huatai Securities announces final dividend, board changes approved

Huatai Securities Co (HKEX:6886) announced the poll results of its 2024 Annual General Meeting, and 2025 First A and H Share Class Meetings. Shareholders approved a final dividend of RMB3.70 per 10 shares, payable to A and H shareholders of record by July 13, 2025. H Shareholders, excluding those participating via Hong Kong Stock Connect, can elect to receive dividends in HKD or RMB, with the HKD rate set at HKD 4.047272 per 10 shares, converted from an exchange rate of RMB 0.914196 to HKD 1.00. Election deadline for currency choice is July 29, 2025. Dividend payments are expected around August 15, 2025.
