HK Electric Investments announces board and committee changes

HK Electric Investments (HKEX:2638) announced changes to its Boards of Directors and Sustainability Committee membership, effective July 1, 2025. Mr. Kwan Ying Leung will resign as an Executive Director of the Boards and member of the Sustainability Committee due to personal health reasons, and will act as an advisor to HK Electric. Concurrently, Mr. Choi Wai Man, currently General Manager (Customer Services) of HK Electric, will be appointed as an Executive Director of the Boards and a member of the Sustainability Committee, and promoted to the position of Operations Director.
