Haier Smart Home revises final dividend ratio for 2024

Haier Smart Home announced an adjustment to its final dividend distribution ratio following changes in its share capital due to planned share repurchases and transfers to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. While keeping the total dividend distribution unchanged at approximately RMB 8,997 million (tax inclusive), the company revised the distribution ratio from RMB9.65 to RMB 9.6504 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares. The final dividend, classified as ordinary, is for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, and was approved by shareholders on May 28, 2025. The ex-dividend date is set for June 27, 2025, with a record date of July 4, 2025, and payment scheduled for July 25, 2025. The dividend, to be paid in HKD at a rate of HKD 10.511983 per 10 shares (using an exchange rate of RMB 1: HKD 1.08927953), is subject to withholding tax depending on the type of shareholder.
