Envision Greenwise and EVE Energy to collaborate on battery recycling

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (HKEX:1783) announced a business update regarding its memorandum of understanding with EVE Energy Co., Ltd., to collaborate on several battery recycling initiatives. The initiatives include building a shared recycling network and resource pool, developing digital traceability for secondary materials, and cooperating on recycling technology. The companies aim to create an efficient and effective battery material recycling and green logistics solutions globally. They also plan to work together on Hong Kong electrification projects, exploring the use of echelon utilization technologies of batteries. The partnership leverages Envision Greenwise's global lithium battery recycling network platform launched on June 18, 2025, to promote the effective recycling and reuse of retired battery materials internationally. The board believes the collaboration aligns with the Company's development strategy and is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.
