CGN Mining announces senior management changes

CGN Mining Company Limited announced changes to its senior management, effective June 19, 2025. Mr. Zhang Xueliang ("Mr. Zhang") has been appointed as a Vice President of the Company. Concurrently, Mr. Shan Xuequn and Mr. Zhou Rongsheng have stepped down from their roles as assistant presidents due to work arrangements. Mr. Zhang also serves as a vice general manager of CGNPC Uranium Resources Co., Ltd. The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Shan and Mr. Zhou for their contributions and welcomed Mr. Zhang to his new role.
