Billion Industrial Holdings executes share buyback on HKEX

Billion Industrial Holdings (HKEX:2299) announced today that it repurchased 14,000 of its own ordinary shares on the HKEX on June 19, 2025. The shares were bought back on the Exchange at a price between HKD 4.5, resulting in an aggregate price paid of HKD 63,000. The company confirmed that this repurchase was made in accordance with the Main Board Rules and that there have been no material changes to the particulars contained in the Explanatory Statement. Following this buyback, the company has repurchased a total of 94,000 shares. The company still has authorization to repurchase 211,532,800 shares.
