XD Inc. (HKEX:2400) has reported an increase in its issued ordinary shares, according to a Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 18, 2025. The change resulted from the exercise of share options granted under the company's share option plan adopted on June 25, 2021. A total of 106,869 ordinary shares were issued at prices between HKD 13.284 and HKD 25.86.
