Weihai Bank announces final 2024 dividend, meeting results

Weihai Bank has announced the approved distribution of its final cash dividend for the year 2024 following the annual general meeting held on June 18, 2025. Shareholders approved paying a dividend of RMB10 per 100 shares. Payment will occur around July 30, 2025, to both domestic and H Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as of June 30, 2025. The dividend payable to H Shareholders will be paid in HKD, using an exchange rate of HKD1.00 to RMB0.9144.
