Samsonite declares USD 0.1085 cash dividend for fiscal year 2024

Samsonite International SA (HKEX:1910) has declared a final cash dividend of USD 0.1085 per share for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. Approved by shareholders on June 3, 2025, the dividend will be paid on July 15, 2025, to shareholders on record as of June 11, 2025. This dividend is based on the total number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares. Payment will be made net of a 15% Luxembourg withholding tax. For shareholders registered in Hong Kong, the dividend will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of USD 1: HKD 7.815, resulting in a dividend of HKD 0.8476 per share before tax, or HKD 0.7205 per share after tax. The total dividend payout amounts to USD 150 million. During the book close period from June 9, 2025 to June 11, 2025, no transfer of shares will be allowed. As of June 11, 2025, the Company held 79,301,100 treasury shares, which will not receive the dividend.
