Pacific Basin Shipping repurchases shares on HKEX

Pacific Basin Shipping Limited (HKEX: 2343) announced that it repurchased 6,000,000 of its ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 18, 2025. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 2.03 to HKD 2.06 per share. The total consideration paid for the repurchase was HKD 12,331,800. The company stated that the repurchases were made in accordance with the Main Board Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and there have been no material changes to the particulars contained in the Explanatory Statement dated April 2, 2025. As of the date of the resolution granting the repurchase mandate on April 25, 2025, the total number of shares that the issuer is authorized to repurchase is 513,699,014.
