** Greentown Management Holdings Company Limited (HKEX:9979) has declared a final dividend of RMB 0.24 per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, as approved by shareholders on June 18, 2025. The dividend, payable in HKD at a rate of HKD 0.262418 per share based on an exchange rate of RMB 1: HKD 1.093408, will be distributed on July 18, 2025.
