Fosun Pharma repurchases shares on Shanghai Stock Exchange

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 2196) disclosed that it repurchased 1,245,300 ordinary shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 18, 2025. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from RMB 24.77 to RMB 24.96 per share. The total aggregate price paid for the repurchase amounted to RMB 30,995,929. Following the repurchase, the company's issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stand at 2,101,831,773, with 16,657,052 shares held as treasury shares.
