China Cinda: Zhang Weidong to perform duties of president

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 1359) announced a change in leadership duties following the resignation of Mr. LIANG Qiang as President. According to the announcement dated June 18, 2025, Mr. ZHANG Weidong, the current executive director and Chairman, will assume the responsibilities of the President, effective immediately. This arrangement will remain in place until a new President officially takes office. The Board of Directors approved the decision.
