WuXi AppTec Co. (HKEX:2359) announced it repurchased a total of 877,360 of its A shares on June 16, 2025, on the Shanghai Stock Exchange as part of its ongoing share repurchase program announced on April 8, 2025. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from CNY66.7 to CNY69.3 per share, with the aggregate price paid amounting to CNY59,998,559.6. These repurchased shares are intended for cancellation. The company confirms that these purchases adhere to domestic rules applicable to the Shanghai Stock Exchange and that the repurchase does not violate moratorium periods for new share issues or treasury share sales. As of June 16, 2025, WuXi AppTec's total issued share count remains unchanged at 2,500,916,432 shares.
