Jinke Smart Services: Yunnan Trust trims stake

Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd., a Class (1) associate of Jinke Smart Services Group (HKEX:9666), has disclosed a series of share disposals on June 16, 2025. According to a disclosure received by the Executive under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Yunnan International Trust sold shares in multiple transactions at prices ranging from HKD6.80 to HKD6.97 per share. The sales involved varying quantities of shares, reducing Yunnan International Trust's overall holding. Following these transactions, Yunnan International Trust’s remaining balance stands at 8,682,500 shares, representing approximately 1.4541% of the class. The dealings were made for its own account. Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd. is ultimately owned by Yunnan Provincial State owned Financial Capital Holding Group Co., Ltd.
