Huadian Power announces final dividend of RMB 0.13 per share

Huadian Power International Corporation has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.13 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, pending shareholder approval on June 17, 2025. The dividend, equivalent to HKD 0.14214 per share based on an exchange rate of RMB 1: HKD 1.09341, will be paid on July 30, 2025, to shareholders registered by the record date of June 25, 2025.
