China Industrial Securities invests US$20m in perpetual securities

China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited has announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, CISI Investment, has subscribed to perpetual securities for investment purposes on June 16, 2025. The subscription amounts to US$20 million which is approximately HKD157,000,000. The investment includes US$10,000,000 in 4.875% Subordinated Perpetual Guaranteed Capital Securities and US$10,000,000 in 5.625% Subordinated Perpetual Guaranteed Capital Securities. The subscriptions are categorized as a discloseable transaction according to the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange. The company believes that the terms of the Subscriptions are fair and reasonable and are in the interests of the Company and the Shareholders. The investments are intended to balance the group's portfolio and generate stable returns.
