Zengame redeems RMB204.2m in wealth management products

Zengame Technology Holding Limited (HKEX: 2660) disclosed that it had fully redeemed its investment in "Morning Gold No. 7007", a wealth management product issued by China Merchants Bank (CMB). Between January 3, 2025, and June 16, 2025, the Group redeemed approximately RMB204.2 million in seven separate transactions. The company states this aligns with its treasury management strategy to optimize cash balances. The total gain from these redemptions was approximately RMB0.9 million, and proceeds will be used for general working capital. Zengame emphasized that it no longer holds any outstanding wealth management products issued by CMB. The company, a mobile game developer and operator, stated the redemptions were on normal commercial terms and in the best interests of shareholders.
