China Datang Renewable Power to redeem 2023 mid-term notes

China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited has announced its intention to redeem the second tranche of its 2023 mid-term notes, designated as "23 Datang Xinneng MTN002" (102381662.IB), on July 14, 2025. The aggregate amount to be redeemed totals CNY 1.0 billion, with the redemption price set at 100 (RMB/par value of RMB100). This decision is in accordance with the issuance provisions detailed in the original announcement and issue prospectus and involves a full redemption of the outstanding bonds.
