Beijing Urban announces AGM results, dividend, and board changes

Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Limited (HKEX:1599) has announced the results of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 16, 2025, along with the first domestic and H shares class meetings. All proposed resolutions were passed, including the approval of a cash dividend of RMB0.1077 per share (tax inclusive). The dividend is expected to be distributed by August 28, 2025, with the dividend for H shares being HKD 0.117697 (tax inclusive).
