Samsonite issues shares under share award scheme

Samsonite Group S.A. (HKEX:1910) has issued 1,678,610 ordinary shares on June 12, 2025, under its share award scheme adopted on December 21, 2022. 881,341 shares were allotted to senior managers and 797,269 shares to a director, both via the vesting of time-based restricted share units (TRSUs). The shares were issued at a price of HKD 0.078 per share. This issuance increases the company's total issued shares to 1,464,043,793. The company has confirmed that all necessary conditions for the listing and issuance have been met.
