HKT grants share stapled unit awards to employees and director

HKT Limited has granted a total of 76,865 share stapled units, jointly issued by HKT Trust and HKT Limited, under the 2024 Share Stapled Unit Award Scheme. A total of 59,778 awards were granted to employee participants, while 17,087 awards were granted to Non-Executive Director Peter Anthony Allen. The awards were granted on June 13, 2025, at a closing price of HKD11.38 per share stapled unit, with no purchase price required from the grantees. Vesting for employee awards occurs in two tranches, ending June 13, 2026, and June 13, 2027. The grant to the director was approved by all independent non-executive directors. Following this grant, 755,667,928 share stapled units remain available for future grants under the scheme mandate limit. The remaining service provider sublimit is 37,898,711 units.
