GRCB shareholders approve dividends, mergers at AGM

Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank (GRCB) [HKEX:1551] announced the results of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on June 13, 2025, where shareholders approved all proposed resolutions. A key outcome was the approval of the final dividend payment of RMB0.45 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares for the year ended December 31, 2024.
