Chongqing Machinery & Electric announces final dividend for 2024

Chongqing Machinery & Electric has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.035 per share, equivalent to HKD 0.038227808 per share, for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Shareholders approved the dividend on June 12, 2025. The ex-dividend date is set for June 16, 2025, with a record date of June 25, 2025, and the payment date scheduled for July 25, 2025. To be eligible for the dividend, shareholders must lodge transfer documents with the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, no later than 16:30 on June 17, 2025. A 10% withholding tax applies to non-resident enterprise shareholders.
