China Energine announces key executive and board changes

China Energine International (Holdings) Limited announced significant changes to its executive leadership and board composition, effective June 13, 2025. Liu Zhong Bing has been appointed as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, also joining the Nomination and Development and Investment Committees. This follows the resignation of Han Qingping as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of key committees, due to retirement plans. Li Lei has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board and Authorised Representative, relinquishing his role as Chief Executive Officer. The company's Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees have also been reconstituted to reflect these changes. Trading of the company's shares remains suspended on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since April 2, 2024.
