China Cinda Asset Management announces executive resignation

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (HKEX:1359) announced the resignation of Mr. Liang Qiang from his positions as executive director and President, effective June 12, 2025. The resignation, tendered to the Board, stems from a change in Mr. Liang's work arrangement. Mr. Liang also resigned from his role as a member of the Strategic Development Committee of the Board. The company confirmed that there are no disagreements or outstanding issues related to his departure. The Board expressed its appreciation for Mr. Liang's contributions to the company's development, digital transformation, and risk management efforts.
