Baoye Group shareholders approve dividend, elect directors at AGM

Baoye Group Company Limited announced the successful poll results of its annual general meeting (AGM) held on June 13, 2025, where shareholders approved resolutions including the distribution of a final dividend and re-election of directors. All proposed resolutions were duly passed. Shareholders holding 77.62% of the company's total issued shares attended the AGM.
